Hello Everyone!

 

My name is Jodie, I am a self taught photographer.  I love taking pictures and I want to share with you some of my work.  I seem to see pictures in everything that my eyes see, as you will experience while exploring my site.  Some of these pictures have been locked away in a file waiting to be exposed for many years.  I first started taking photos when my son was born.  I realized that time was not going to stop so I could enjoy the moment.  This is when I thought about Photography, no better way to "freeze time" than with a picture.  My personal feelings are that with a picture you freeze time and when go back and look at a photo the memory of that moment is instantly brought back.  

 

Currently I take photo's on my spare time away from work.  In time I hope to be taking photo's on a full time basis.  My style of photography is different then most.  I want my Subject to be natural, this is the best way to capturing a perfect photo.  I feel like this style of photography does exactly what I say

" Freezes time".
